Delicious little cafe next to several thermal spas in downtown Wildbad. We ordered smoked salmon on potato cakes, ratatouille with omelette (the omelette was more like soufflé), tomato cream soup, and salad. The smoked salmon was good, and the ratatouille was amazing! If you’re a tourist, be ready for the slower, quieter German dining experience. English menus were available. Only a few spots were available in the vicinity for street parking. We parked in a residential area and walked 5 minutes. Well worth the visit.

Ham noodles are recommended

Whit Monday: Great weather and then to this nice café. Chilling outside at small tables. Like in France 🇫🇷. Delicious cheesecake, very accommodating condition and a bowl of water for our Dachshund. 👍🏻 The Riesling from Alsace is very tasty, but unfortunately not cold enough. Hence "only" ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

The Café am Bad has been our favorite culinary focal point in and around Bad Wildbad for years. From the outside, one does not suspect that a master chef must be at work here. Above all, the presentation of the food inspires us every time we visit - see photos. A large piece of Black Forest cherry cake at lunchtime, crab in garlic, grated cake with lamb's lettuce and delicious fruit or the Korean specialty Bibimbap in the evening - our unreserved recommendation goes to SuniRi and her café at Bad in Bad Wildbad!

The best restaurant in Bad Wildbad with its modest deco and very nice staff. They don't have a list of 1000 options but every each item on the menu is perfectly made so just order whatever you feel like you won't be sorry. We offer a voucher from this restaurant to our guests who spend a long weekend @hausthiem 😉

The traditional Black Forest cake is outstanding!

We went to this place because it had a lot of good reviews and they are well deserved. It's a small place that you easily walk past but it's worth it. The food was really good! Sadly my German isn't that great to provide the original dish names. I had an Argentine steak with potato and ratatouille instead of salad and my wife had homemade Maultaschen with ratatouille. We recommend both and definitely go for the ratatouille instead of the salad, you get that everywhere else. :p If you're on the terrace, you have a good view of the hills and part of the town. Waitress was very kind, thank you for having us!

The café did not immediately catch our eye. But we discovered it by chance anyway. Very good price performance ratio. The next table had 3x smaller dishes on the plates, which looked very appealing. We decided on the traditional Black Forest cake. She tasted very good, only the cream swirls I know of my mother's baking art was missing. No disabled toilet I have seen. There are outdoor tables and the interior is a bit narrow. Everything was OK for us.

The small café is located next to the Palais Therme and is spoiled by the sun - a reason for us to drink a cappuccino and eat a cake. Highly recommended.

Perhaps the finest Café in Bad Wildbad, small and chill. Their options for cakes aren't big, but that's because they are all made by hand just like every menu they offer. Thus, the food is always delicious and nice too look at.
